The location was central, the pool is nice and cool all day due to the tall buildings surrounding. Staff were friendly, bed is comfortable and it's adequate for a one night stay. The hot water was surprisingly actually hot! They did accommodate my luggage on early arrival land late departure. You can check out an hour later at 1.00pm by paying an extra US$2.00.

The room was lovely and the bed, linen and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and we like a stand alone shower, not one over a bath.

Breakfast was ordinary and rather Asian-khmer (rice and noodles), than European-american (no cheese or other to put on sandwiches, no youghurt). The fried eggs, and omelette were good. Orange juice was labelled “Mango”. The kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful. The cutlery is very big and heavy, constantly falling off the plates into the food, or onto the floor, where an occasional cockroach could be seen from time to time.
The pool area looks really nice on the website. There is however limited seats to take the sun. The sun-chairs can not be moved. There is no real privacy. The view is great. There is only one elevator for 12 floors. People are constantly spending time waiting for the elevator. The aircon worked on an “ON” and “OFF” basis, also in our VIP room. The internet was functioning intermittently in a very irritating manner. It also sometimes appeared to be turned off, without notice, for longer periods.
