The staff at this hotel were really kind and very helpful, we’ve appreciated a breakfast to go when we left early one day and late check out with no extra fee. We also enjoyed the good coffee at the breakfast restaurant. While the staff’s service was excellent, the facilities, pricing, and location need improvement to meet five-star expectations.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and were very friendly . The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Rooms were ready and very nice. Plenty of space in the room, great aircon and quiet. We for sure will come back!

It felt like luxury in the jungle. Very nice area by the pool. Staff was very nice and helpfull with many suggestions. Beds were soft and had a nice big shower. Highly reccomend, great value! Was only about 2km from the city center.
