We booked a chalet for our stay in Karakol, and it was fantastic! Both the lower and upper floors had heating systems and heated carpets. The beds and amenities were perfect for accommodating 5 to 7 people. Car parked safely inside the hotel. Ludmila, the owner, along with her staff, was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed during our stay. We loved the beautiful garden and had a great time playing with two adorable kittens. As a lovely surprise, she gifted us a goodie box filled with various condiments, chocolate, scarf and a traditional Kyrgyz hat when we left. I’ll always remember her warm smile, generosity, and delightful personality!

I think it was the best accommodation in Karakol. International rules of time of checking out is 12:00, but my plans was until evening and the property gave me use one of the rooms for having shower after check out. Respect for the staff
