Yurt Camp Azamat at Song Kol Lake, hotel in Kyzylemgek

Yurt Camp Azamat at Song Kol Lake provides beachfront accommodations in Bagysh. This luxury tent offers a garden, a terrace, and a shared lounge.

We loved this yurt camp! It's simple and spartan, but they've worked hard to make it cosy and comfortable for guests, while still maintaining the rustic charm. It's run by a lovely grandmother and her grandkids (who speak a bit of English) help out. For an extra fee they provide additional meals, and she's a great cook. There are two large dining yurts for guests to congregate, and they were happy to provide hot tea throughout one cold day when we were there. A really lovely spot and a nice way to experience traditional nomadic culture.
