We recently had the pleasure of staying at these incredible cottages in Diani, Kenya, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were surrounded by lush gardens that set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Ukunda itself is full of different kind of problems, but if we specifically talk about Diani, situation is different.
Seaview access hotels are in general above average except, Flamboyant, Safari Beach and Seabreeze of which have many issues. Pricing 80$ to 500$ US. Then in Galu beach lies horrible trap places like this ghastly Coconut Village with incompetent teenagers left as managers.
The second strip hotels are passable with pricing 35$ to 120$, but usually lack service ability and professional staff.
The beach is very beautiful, but people around hotels hustling bring the experience down even bad.

There are several sites you can visit and enjoy yourself, people are friendly but tend to over charge non residents so your bargaining power should be up there. Eating out might be costly but if you have full wallet then enjoy.

Awesome as it has always been when traveling with children it's the best place with less parties than the north. We however visited club Manyatta and Tamarind which served the purpose right. Do not forget to visit Bora Bora park.

I was on a working trip and it coincided with the rainy season so my movement was at times hampered. The location is great and gives easy access to most areas like the beaches and shopping centres. Ukunda can get busy but it has. plenty of activities and places to visit.

The place was very clean and the services provided excellent. The landlady is also really nice and helpful. The fact that it's right next to the beach was the cherry on top. Perfect for a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
It’s in a serene and safe area. You have easy access to beaches by walking. It’s safe the breakfast is good, the staff very helpful and friendly. Siasi was a 🌟.
