In booking web site the advertisement stated casino as an activity in this hotel. When arrived no casino . Staff had no desire to let me know if there was one close by and tried to tell me they did not say casino in their home page. So I pulled it up and showed it to them. No apologies for false advertising . staff pleasant but basically non communicative unless you approach. Not friendly. Maybe cultural ? They do their job but very unfriendly. Won’t stay there again.
Please check before you all advertise for activities that is not on site. Very disappointing
I believe a refund is warranted for falsely advertising activities that is not there.

This hotel is an excellent value for money for tourist who wish to make it their travel hub in Nairobi while planning different tours. It's in the Westland area, which is very safe and right next to Westgate Shopping Centre, close to another mall (Sarit). The location is perfect; you can walk to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is invaluable and friendly. The wifi works very well. There is a buffet breakfast available, mainly with Indian dishes, and the food tastes quite good.
