Ambiance was fantastic, the trees, grass with fresh air and the amazing view of Mt Kenya every morning was an unforgettable experience!! Quiet, cool and peaceful atmosphere was perfect setting for holiday and to unwind from normal routine. Food was fresh and tasty. Had many nearby places to visit- Mt Kenya National Park, Nanyuki, Nyeri Hill and Aberdare Ranges, just to mention a few that we managed to experience.
The hotel has early morning walk, with numerous birds!!! The chirping of the birds was outstanding, something I have not heard in years. The guide takes you through the walk and knowns all the birds by name and chirp (voice so to speak)
