We had a spatious family apartment on the top and also access to the roof terrace with a view.the location is good and many restaurants, shops are near (walk distance),the national museum, botanical garden as well.the staff is so attentive, great breakfas with many different dishes, fruits and drinks. They also serve dinner, but we didnt eat there.

The whole experience was excellent. Room, dining room, breakfast or dinner, bar overlooking the front, rooftop sunbathing, staff excellent, location excellent. I must mention restaurant manager Ruth and front gate man Nixon as stand out. Professional, helpful and courteous in the extreme. Nixon organised and brought my newspapers to my room before 7am every morning. Great with my morning tea. I liked that the hotel has conference people in it on a regular basis - this gives the true impression of business development in Kenya.
