Beryl is an exceptional host and was available to attend to our needs & she went an extra mile to make sure our stay was memorable. The garden, lounge and interior was amazing and very classy with an African touch .

Nothing was working in this hotel, so nothing to like. This is the 3rd disappointing booking from Booking.com in a row. I am a Genius level 3 member but i feel that something is wrong. I cannot even reach out to someone at Booking.com. It is very disappointing.
