In booking web site the advertisement stated casino as an activity in this hotel. When arrived no casino . Staff had no desire to let me know if there was one close by and tried to tell me they did not say casino in their home page. So I pulled it up and showed it to them. No apologies for false advertising . staff pleasant but basically non communicative unless you approach. Not friendly. Maybe cultural ? They do their job but very unfriendly. Won’t stay there again.
Please check before you all advertise for activities that is not on site. Very disappointing
I believe a refund is warranted for falsely advertising activities that is not there.

The beautiful garden and nice swimming pool. The private cottage was also really nice.
In the evening they brought a jiko to warm the house a bit. Although it wasn’t very cold it gave us very cosy moments.
