The staff and customer service was great. The food was excellent. The entertainment was excellent. The hotel has good infrastructure but it needs renovation to keep up to date. The bathroom was aged. The room was dark, not enough lighting. It was very cold and they do not have facilities for warmth apart from extra blankets.

Nancy was amazing host very communicative we were able to reach her easily with questions and she was very responsive we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
