Loved the free access to a nearby onsen. The owners were very friendly and kind. It was a bit cold in Hitoyoshi, but they provided a few amazing warm blankets, heated carpet, and a heater. They also had an air purifier in the room. All the amenities were great! My father lives in Hitoyoshi, so I'll be using them again in the future!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The man even drove to the bus station as I couldn't find the bus stop. :) That was very kind of him! :)
I also had the dorm just for myself and the bed was very comfortable.
The accommodation is very close to a sento, a laundry and a kombini, all within 50 meters from the hostel.
Also good location, close to the castle ruins and one of the temples.
