I like everything at that Hotel. Very helpful front desk, all staff tried to speak English and help you as much as they could. Very delicious meal at the restaurant. My son was getting out of his job very late so the restaurant offered Bento Box even at a late time. The thermal spa facilities are very good and the value of them. Also, there are massage chairs available free of charge. Free parking. If you have a lot of luggage, there’s a delivery service that you can ask for help at their souvenir shop and send your luggage directly to the airport or other location where you go. It will deliver just the next day and the price is very cheap. it helps me a lot.

All the staff were friendly, hospitable and genuinely kind. It was my dad’s birthday and I asked if they can do something special! And on that day they pulled out a cake for him as a surprise. From check in to check out, the staff made sure that we’re comfortable. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The onsen was fantastic and so were the rooms and food

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the lovely staff working there and for the cheap room options. The Location is good for visiting all the local craft and souvenir shops but you will need a taxi to get there from the aizu wakamatsu station. The lady working at this hotel was incredibly sweet and kind and helped us with everything we needed, despite my bad Japanese (they will just use a voice-translator app) . They even called our next hotel so that the shuttle would pick us up. She took her at the check-in and explained everything very well. We only stayed one night and that was kinda good since I am not too used to sleeping on futons for too long but I would definitely stay there again if I would find myself in Aizu again.
