The staff were very helpful. We were able to get the local bus outside the door to Lake Ashi. We had the set meal which was nice the 1st night we were there and then we ordered room service the second night. The spa treatments were lovely.

We thought the place was very nice, location is amazing and great view. We enjoyed the garden and the food at the Japanese restaurant is very good. Confy rooms. We loved the onsen as well and had a relaxing time.

Extremely helpful and polite and courteous staff. Gorgeous views over the wooded valley and only 10 minutes walk from nearest bus stop with buses 4 to 5 times an hour. Really delicious French cuisine with Japanese accents. Very spacious apartment and wonderful hot spring onsen with tree canopy view to enjoy. Highly recommended

Super friendly staff. The onsen was great and the reservation system is very helpful. The building and rooms are beautiful. The bathroom is shared but there are only three rooms in total, so there was no problem about it being too busy.

Roomy for two guest. A little tight with three. Backyard was zen like. Relaxing to have morning tea/coffee on wooden deck & watch the sun rise. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious with lots of body wash shampoo, conditioner, and vanity items. Nice to have an in unit combo washer/dryer. Well stocked mini bar. Beer, water, champagne, coffee, tea & crackers. 7-11 store is a short walk from unit.
