Staffs are friendly and quick response in regarding to my suitcase early drop off 1 week in advance before checking in date for free of charge, thank you very much. They used digital QR code scan for luggage storage registration that it's convenient and secured. They provided welcome drinking water in the room for first day and hang a new set of towels in front of the door for another day of stay.

I loved the location, the staff was incredibly helpful despite my limited Japanese. There are also staff members who speak English.
