It's a very beautifully made hotel, the interior design is on point. The mini garden that is only visible from the lobby is a very calming location to relax for a moment. The staff was kind and polite and the buffet is diverse with a lot of options, changing each day a bit. The onsen, although small (one bath), is perfect to relax.
The rooms supply anything you might need for the stay even a kettle with a choice of two different teas. The hotel also provides a yukata.
You also have the possibility to grab as many supplies as you need, no matter if toothbrush, razors, tea or other useful items. There is also the possibility to use washing machines, ice machines, vending machines and a microwave. If you agree on eco-cleaning you have even the possibility to get a free drink from the vending machine.

Our stay was comfortable and the location was close to the station. Please remember there are two Daiwa hotels in the same city, so you need to check the location clearly!
EDIT: I had previously complained about additional charges over the booking amount. But that was due to my misunderstanding. Booking.com had charged only for people over 16 years, but the hotel considers 15 year olds as adults. I missed that information.
