Japanese hospitality at its best. There was not a single thing I could fault, we had the loveliest time. The food was exceptional, as was the service. The place is made for rest and recharge with the hot tubs and the whole atmosphere being calm and quiet. We were very sad to leave and would come back any time.

The staff were excellent. The shuttle bus service was very convenient and pleasant to use from/to the train station. The onsen at the top of the hotel is the real charm point of this hotel.
