The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. We can see Fujisan from our room/balcony. Hotel has a small convenient store, where we can grab some foods and drinks with higher price. The hotel atmosphere is great, especially lobby and jardin. The Japanese restaurant was nice and delicious. The check in from welcome center is convenient. Also we can leave our luggages after checked out.

this accommodation exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to stay at a spot near the Disney parks, but the hotel is really nice, the room comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful, asian style and western style, something for everybody. The staff was lovely.
The reception has 24hs service, fantastic. They offer the luggage delivery service. Free fast WIFI in all rooms. They have an amenities bar (free), with teas, facewash, toothbrush, etc.
They have an extremely convenient shuttle to the Disney parks, door to door, that was great! They also offer the return shuttle, but I opted to train back to the hotel.
The location of the hotel is good, nearby a shopping mall area ( min walk, great for late eats), but it is a 20 min walk from the train station, so if you have heavy suitcases try to opt for a taxi ride.
I didn't think the hotel was going to be so good, wish I could have had enjoy the breakfast on my last day, but I had to leave super early.
Overall, very comfortable and great price.

Hiyori Hotel Maihama is was an accommodation that exceeded expectations. My family arrived at Narita Airport in the evening with no luggage due to an airline mistake, so I had to check in with just ourselves, feeling concerned. However, the room was thoughtfully equipped with such detailed amenities that I didn't feel any inconvenience even without my belongings.
The shuttle bus was helpful and the food they provided was so good. We could walk to a local supermarket in a short distance.

I loved the size of our room. . .3 beds and a sofa! The restaurant was well staffed. Someone was always around to help you with translation. Being connected to the train station made it very easy to get around. With a shopping mall right across the street, it was very convenient for snacks and late night meals.

We stayed at Tokyo bay with the intention of going to the Disney Parks and visiting Central Tokyo. However where we stayed was further out than we had initially expected about 1 hour on the tube to get to central Tokyo. It wasn't a deal breaker but there wasn't much around to do outside of the theme parks other than going to Downtown Disney for food or shopping. We opted to just stay around Disney for the last few days due to this as we had two children with us and they were pretty tired at the end of our trip and it felt a slightly more convenient to do so.
Unfortunately we didn't see much else of Urayasu so I cant really provide much in the way of feedback.

I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies.
I loved all the thoughtful bathroom supplies. Refreshing waters near front desk, water supplied in rooms was handy and bathroom products were beautiful and plentiful. The one downfall was the very hard beds. Great pillows though. We had 3 adults and it would’ve been nice to have a bed instead of futon for our third adult. Staff were great and very helpful with great English.

easy access to both Disneyland's with courtesy bus right at the front door. Amazing space all round. More information required for travellers as staff stare blankly when asked any questions even with google translate. Manager Raymond was wonderful but we met him on our last night

Because of Disneyland n many new hotels lately n Disney stores at the hotel so easy to grab n shop if u can't go to Disney Land or resort when u don't if the time . Urayasu is actually a sea n great development of high tech n housing n shopping mall created so it's alive n enjoyable now
Taking the mushino line in the morning is battling the crowd is super crazy if u visit Disneyland or resort n by car if in summer holiday u may be stuck fr a while n jam at peak hrs
It's always crowded with pple going to the hotel or Disneyland so cafes are great fr a quick grab n bites n my advise avoid holiday season go on a normal day at least is a bit better.
