What a welcoming, wonderful atmosphere! It warmed my tired heart. Tatsuya-san, Shino-san... everyone! They all treated me like an old friend even though I was the only foreigner around.
On the first night, they invited me downstairs for fireworks; on the second, they hosted a folk concert in the attached restaurant; on the third, I ate at the restaurant and had a wonderful meal. The futon was comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the room was large and traditional. Amazing people and an excellent stay.
