Amazing stay. Right above Keisei-Narita station. The checkin was smooth and the staff very helpful (they can speak English very well). Even a Lawson right next to the hotel. And for the price, it was excellent.

There are so many details that were wonderful and I would certainly make a reservation again.
I did leave a handwritten page with my input at the front desk after the staff on duty suggested I write all down. Did anyone in management ever receive that handwritten page?! I have not received any response.

The room itself was the perfect room temperature;
~ the curtains blocked out the building and street lights which were quite bright
~ the futon was luxuriously comfortable
~ the spa outfit and shoes were a delightful touch
~ I was very touched that the staff called an uber for me and walked me to uber, then stood and waved goodbye when I left....brought me to tears being so kindly treated
~ breakfast was a dream! I thought I'd gone to heaven !!!!!
~ the room itself was quiet and restful...just what I was hoping for
