We stayed for a week and found the location terrific - very central, close to shopping and restaurants.
3 minute walking distance to the Monorail - great because we only rented a car a few days. We rented the car by the day, so we didn't have to worry about parking or overnight damage. Also walking distance to many sights.
The Monorail is clean and air conditioned. We saved lots of $$$ going to the airport, especially since hotel staff could not help us book a taxi.
Suite was very, very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was superb. Wifi worked flawlessly. The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The hotel was a bit of a contradiction. The rooms were nothing special, quite basic, not even glasses in the room.
The swimmingly area was very nice (but had very limited seating). The staff were very nice and helpful, but had limited English.
The staff at the bar buntuje pool is amazing.
