The location is really great. The Aeon mall is a 4 minute walk away; it includes a grocery store, lots of shops, good restaurants, go kart and outdoor climbing facilities, and pet cafe. The hotel lends out bikes; A little bike ride around the area and nearby beach was really nice. Really fun.

The room was relatively comfortable, but the lobby really needs to be spruced up. it felt like we were walking into a very old tired looking hotel with bright white lights and very worn down furniture that we didnt dare to sit on. The staff were not very welcoming instead looks very tentative to serve us. There was the smell of laundry all around the lobby. I did however enjoy the onsenj located in the basement.
The hotel location is fantastic if you need a short stay over to transfer to other cities.
Bathroom is very clean, separate areas for sink, shower+tub, toilet.
Breakfast is typical buffet style with western and Japanese items
If you have a couple of hours to spare, head over to the flight of dream museum at terminal 2 to see the Boeing 787 up close
A very comfortable guesthouse in the middle of Tokoname Pottery Promenade. The staff is very nice and the place is perfect for a short, as well as a long stay.
