The location was great. It was close to Hakata Station (a 5-8 min walk, I think) and it was like a 5-minute taxi ride from Fukuoka International Airport. There is a Family Mart next to it, and was very near ramen places and drugstores.
The staff there speaks English enough for us to understand each other. They were also thoughtful enough to give each of my kids a kit that contains bedroom slippers, a duck sponge, and toothbrush. So cute! Too bad we weren't able to experience their breakfast buffet due to our hectic schedule.
