It's a very beautifully made hotel, the interior design is on point. The mini garden that is only visible from the lobby is a very calming location to relax for a moment. The staff was kind and polite and the buffet is diverse with a lot of options, changing each day a bit. The onsen, although small (one bath), is perfect to relax. The rooms supply anything you might need for the stay even a kettle with a choice of two different teas. The hotel also provides a yukata. You also have the possibility to grab as many supplies as you need, no matter if toothbrush, razors, tea or other useful items. There is also the possibility to use washing machines, ice machines, vending machines and a microwave. If you agree on eco-cleaning you have even the possibility to get a free drink from the vending machine.

This was by far the best hotel in which I have stayed in my multiple trips to Iwate. Amazing customer service, overall cleanliness and amenities. The lobby workers were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the multiple options for pillows were a nice addition. Thank you so much!

Near a JR station, I stayed here to save money in the larger city nearby.

The location is good. It’s near to many attractions and eating places.

The location is great, just a minute to the station, to the river and a few more minutes into the city center.
