Our room did not come with breakfast and we did not have time to try. Long lines though, so plan well.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to both the train and bus stations, making travel to Narita and Haneda airports a breeze. The highlight, however, is the stunning Japanese garden, which becomes even more magical at night when illuminated beautifully.

The building has everything I need. A hot spring spa, grocery store, cafés, restaurants, a100-yen store, etc., and right in front of three train stations from which you have easy access to Shinagawa and Haneda Airport. The room is small but functional and clean. Self-check in/out and Self-cloak lockers were so convenient. Helpful and polite staff.

Great location close to the train station and a quick trip to HND airport. They offer a free airport shuttle, but only until about 9:00am, and we had a later flight so we didn’t use it. Laundry facilities were available in the lobby, and the simple but efficient room was just what we wanted.
