I loved the facilities at this hotel. The onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the room was incredibly clean, with a pleasant fragrance. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated that the location is just a 10-minute walk from the station, and the value for money was excellent since the stay included a fantastic breakfast, which was the best I've had in any hotel. Additionally, the laundry service was cheap and very convenient. The staff were accommodating and could communicate well in English.

Room is spacious compared to other hotels. Service is good, especially a women can speak Chinese(sorry I don’t know her name) who was very helpful and coordinated for our room upgrade. The 7-11 downstairs is very convenient.
