The house was excellent with many facilities, the onsen was bigger than the picture and the house felt really cosy. The Zen garden and tatami dining was excellent.

Everything about the hotel was perfect!!! Great sized room, very comfy beds, across the road from Kyoto Train Station (SO CONVENIENT) a common room to make tea, coffees (latte, cappuccino, matcha latte, decade coffees) when ever you felt like it! An excellent male/female public bath- with shampoos, conditioner and body wash provided plus a variety of beauty products also available. There were 2 massive massage chairs for use (¥300 for 15mins) a laundry with 5 machines available to! Can’t fault this hotel! 100% perfect!!
