Everything was very cute. These types of hotels are not common in America and the ones that are like this are usually very trashy and run down. In Japan they have a higher standard of quality whether you’re going to a “love hotel” or a standard business hotel. Everything was very clean and cozy.

Location is excellent . Shin Osaka station is just across the road. Room was big with lot of space to move and open luggage etc. They provided night dresses, ekectric kettle, tea/coffee sachets, mini fridge and toiletries.

I chose this hotel because it is so close to the subway, and from there I could visit any attractions that I wanted. The room I received was spacious by Japanese standards. Everything was in order and within expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a medical emergency at the time, but the staff was extremely helpful, they helped me contact my insurance company, quickly found a doctor who could speak English in a local hospital, and called an ambulance for me. I believe it made such a difference and because of this, I am forever grateful to the staff members!
