It was a great value. For the rate I paid, the room was exceptionally clean, relatively spacious, and convenient. Plus a good breakfast buffet came with it for free. It was quite a sumptuous Japanese breakfast.

We arrived quite late at night but the uncle at reception was so kind & nice.
Simple check in process & there is some parking charge (forgot the fee but we paid together during check in).

Spacious room, close to a tram stop, close to a shopping area and the castle. You could pick up your own amenities and pjs at the main desk. Right on top of a 7/11. The breakfast was fine, the coffee not very good. Staff's english was okay.
