The room was clean and beautiful. The view was great... although if there was a little bit of tree trimming, the view would be incredible. The staff were very hospitable and we could communicate in English with the front desk. They even drove us to the nearest station (twice) to catch a bus, so that we could do some things nearby. (it is too far to walk) It was very quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the lake front, room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the owners were some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met, will 100 percent be returning on my next trip to Japan.

The location is great - right next to the lake and close to the main drag of stores (though I was glad we had a car - I wouldn't have wanted to walk in the summer heat. The value was great, the staff were friendly, and despite being next to another family, with small kids, we didn't hear them at all. There was free manga to read and the room itself was decently spacious and came with one single bed. The A/C worked fine and the parking behind the hotel was ample (though the road leading to it is quite narrow!)

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, from the moment I arrived I was greeted by three hotel workers to help with my luggage and also helped to drive us to the local Family Mart for food and snacks since we came at a later check-in.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient since we did communicate an upgrade via email. They made me and my partner feel welcome and right at home.
The room itself was nothing but spectacular and it was spacious beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail in the room design is impressive. the view from my window was breathtaking and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable luxurious space. Unfortunately the cuisine was not provided at the time of our stay but it makes it worth the affortablity of the stay. They provided free shuttle service to any near location.
