I like the guesthouse is surrounded by the nature, the closest train station is Asamushi station, it’s about 5-6 stops away from Aomori station. The guesthouse owner Taku can offer pick-up/drop-off at Asamushi station. BTW, Asamushi is famous for onsen(hot spring). Since the house is in the middle of nature so there’s no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but you can purchase dinner and breakfast, Taku’s wife, Kaori, makes very delicious and healthy food, must try it!

It was a mistake booking a hotel in Nojeji for our intended purpose. We did mot expect we will be inconvenience by the bad decision.
The train station is very old. There is no elevator so going up and down the stairs is a challange condidering we have hand carried luggage
There is very limited transport and there is nothing to do there except onsen which is not important for me
