Very helpful staff and the hotel was surprisingly VERY well equipped. Many options of products (shampoo, soap, creams, toothbrush, etc). Unlimited, free coffee, cafe au lait, lemonade, green tea, etc. Breakfast was delectable! Room had a great view of a river! The best part was eating at the izakaya attached to the hotel!!! We became fast friends with Masta and Mizuki chan, the owners. They served us quite a few free dishes and drinks. Magnanimous!

The location, the price, and the fact that it’s the only place to stay in the town center that doesn’t smell like cigarettes. The air conditioners also worked really well.
