The Executive Room with Hot Spring Bath we stayed at was spacious and had lovely views of the red leaves from the living room and the very roomy hot spring bathtub.
The location was perfect for visiting the Onuma national park. The dinners were also exquisite.
We also used the hotel's excellent shuttle bus service to the Hakodate airport.
All staff members were nice and helpful.

It is so closed from the station, especially in winter time it was more exhausted if you take your luggage with you walking through the snow. The breakfast is so great. Many to choose and always change the meal everyday do we are not getting bored with the menu and taste was so great. They also have croissant and raisin bun which are nice. In the evening they prepared rice curry for free. The coin laundry is also good. The receptionist especially the gentleman who welcoming us on 25th December night so polite and so helpful. Definitely we will back if any chance we visit Hakodate again
