We booked the room 311 with individual onsen inside our room. We got a massage chair too. The facilitates were out of our expectations and we just loved them very much. Dinner with Wagyu beef hotpot was extremely delicious. Breakfast buffet was very good too. Public Onsen, especially outdoor onsen, was extremely nice. We would definitely book it again if we have chance in the future. Highly recommended.

Faded grandeur, once a pretty fancy hotel it is now a bit tatty around the edges but that is part of it's charm, lovely big rooms. It's a long way from the station, don't try to walk it if your bag is heavy, just get a taxi. Good ramen place next door. There is a shuttle bus to take you back to the station on departure.
