I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was also perfect, with easy access to our experience at Universal Studios!
The only downside was the pillows, which were a bit too firm for my liking. A softer option would have made the experience absolutely flawless.
Other than that, everything was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
