We like the location. It is so close to the train station and restaurants. The hotel was very new and well kept. Our room was clean and quiet even very close to train stations. They offered basic breakfast but enough choices for us. We like this hotel and wish to spend more time here in the future.

The breakfast venue was perfect. Lots of natural light and very well laid out space that was more than big enough to remain uncrowded even when the hotel was at capacity. The Matsuzaka beef saute was also really delicious. The rest of the breakfast offerings were quite standard. The bath tub was also pretty good, easy to fill and a little bigger than the average hotel bath.
Great spacious rooms, nice AC, close to the train station. Great to get some complimentary free water, and the staff was very welcoming and nice even though my japanese was a bit rusty. Parking in front of the hotel or right next door, and yes, it's paid, but super cheap at 4-500 yen for 24 hours!
The Route Inn Matsusaka is another good quality Hotel, ample parking, very helpful staff, quick check-in, coffee in the lobby, clean and comfortable beds, well lit rooms. The Hotel is in a good location and is good value for your money.
