Location is perfect if taking the train or bus to get around. There are shops around as well as attractions that are within a 20-minute walk (Rokkaen and Kyuka Park).
The room is compact with the bed facing the window. There are no curtains but rather there are sliding panes. The bed and linens are clean and comfortable. One can request for a different pillow profile.
Staff are very helpful and kind. Took their time to explain where everything is at. The hotel allows for bags to be stored before check-in and after check-out times.

The owner is so nice & kind, he picked us in the station back & forth which is not usual to any business owners for free, the room is clean , the bed is so comfortable, the shower is good , we were able to walk to Nagashima Spa land about 5mins,definitely were going back here again.

The attractions are walkable and the paths/streets are interesting. The relationship of the city with water is fascinating - flood control, water harnessing, water transport - and can be seen on the various infrastructure and parks.
I enjoyed visiting and checking out Rokkaen and Kyuka Park.

The Jazz Dream Mitsui Park Outlets right outside of Nagashima Spa Land are fun to browse through. There are many specialty foods to choose from in the Food Court there. Sato no Yu in Nabano no Sato gardens is a really nice onsen too. The illumination event is at the gardens now too! The roads are very narrow on Nagashima so be careful if you are driving and follow the signs for assistance.
