This is a private run hostel in a private property, run by a family. The members of this family are the nicest, not only did they pick me up at the trainsation on arrive l, but on the day of departure, they drove me all the way to Kochi and not to the closest trainstation 😯.

The staff are very polite and attentive. The rooms are very large. There’s 2 happy hours with free drinks and snacks. The second happy hour is very social and it the whole hotel joins in.

The facility looks quite dated from the outside, but the moment I stepped into the room, the river view as seen from the window was breathtaking! I feel like I want to stay there forever... The place is also very clean.
This is a family run business with wonderful service from the host. Didn't expect that the host offered the ride to the airport on the day of my check-out (he's driving out to run some shopping). Really doumo arigatou gozaimashita to him!
