Good place with all the Things you need. Smal kitchen, laundry machine... Perfect for a couple of days if you have a car.
I could not find the mentioned bikes.
There were two outside however far from drivable.

Very spacious, clean, great facilities within, great view of sunset. Without a car, we managed to visit Churaumi aquarium, Mt Yaedake and Nakijin Castle Ruins just using public buses from the apartment. There are restaurants nearby and a family mart on the ground floor to go to for dinner. We had a good stay here.

The view is great! Unfortunate that the sun rises from the opposite side, but nevertheless a great way to start the day. Good food too. The room was not modern but I think it's part of the charm.
