The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to stay near American Village. I loved the mango ice cream at the front desk. Room was clean when i arrived and was able to check in early for 1000yen. I did request this also last minuet.

The staff is very personable, professional, and kind-hearted. I was very happy with their presence.
My original room was rather dark, so I requested a room with more natural light. The new room was beautiful and bright and I was completely satisfied with it.
I was so looking forward to using the onsen, but my schedule did not permit me back until after 2200 each night. I would have appreciated the onsen staying open till 2300 or 2400.
I was grateful for the free laundry. And the washing detergent is amazing- I would like to be able to purchase that!
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, delicious with a good variety of healthy foods.
My stay at EM was very pleasant and I hope to stay there in the future. I highly recommend this gracious facility!
