Alpenglow Lodges Ginkei, hotel in Niseko

Located in Niseko in the Hokkaido region, Alpenglow Lodges Ginkei provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. A buffet breakfast is available daily at the lodge.

Such a great little lodge! We stayed for three nights in a double room. Shared bathrooms, which feels typical for the lodges in the area, but each room has its own humidifier and heater so we were cozy after skiing. I honestly didn’t realize how close to the base of Annupuri the lodge was when I booked it, but you can see the lift from the front porch! (quick 5 minute walk). Breakfast was included - Japanese and Western style. Coffee and tea are available all day, you can purchase beer or sake (served in masu cups!) and dinner was delicious (I think the menu changes regularly). The lodge hosts and cooks were friendly and very helpful - the manager helped us arrange luggage forwarding for our ski bags (since we don’t speak Japanese). Highly recommend.
