The location was spot on. It was such a relaxing experience from beginning to end. They were so considerate of me being pescatarian. The hotel was nice with new amenities, smelled fresh, and was peaceful. I was very pleased with my stay especially after the hustle and bustle of the cities.

Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and the host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, and the onsen pass and yukata hire was included, making it a very easy and comfortable stay. The big hot bath was a nice extra touch. Thank you so much! :)

Reasonable price for breakfast and dinner. The location was not the closest but still convenient where it was close to two public onsens and restaurants. After getting out from the train station we decided to walk to the hotel which was very doable plus on the way there were many shops to check out! Staff was very nice and our room was spacious. I really enjoyed just chilling inside their traditional Japanese room. For those who are not comfortable to share bath with others, Tsuruya have their bath by reservation. You don't have to share with other people and only enjoy with your family!
A 6-minute walk from JR Kinosaki Station, Ichidaya offers beautiful private-use hot spring baths and serene Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and a bidet toilet.
