- Staff were very helpful via text message. They are also very accomodating with check in/out times as they are aware they are close to the airport.
- Our bed was VERY comfortable. Probably the best mattress we slept on the whole trip (we stayed in a totem of 7 hotels!). My partner loved it so much he purchased & ordered the exact same mattress when we landed back in Australia!

Since I had to take a very early flight, this place was perfect with a reasonable fee. Everything was good and if I would say one thing... if Check-in time is a bit earlier such as 3 or 4 pm, it would be nice.

A perfect location for any late or very early flight. Only minutes from the terminal. English is not spoken but not really needed if room is prepaid.Very quiet even though near airport. Showers and toilets are excellent.I will stay there on next visit to Osaka.
