Hotel is walking distance to good food options, shopping and transportation. Carpark is very convenient at no extra charge. The hotspring baths was also very enjoyable.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from Beppu Station.
The room was huge with ample space for our luggage and does not feel too constrained (I chose a 6-bed room for our family of 4).
Buffet breakfast at level 2 was plentiful with both Japanese and Western choices. You can also opt for a traditional Japanese style kaiseki don at level 1 if you are staying more than 1 day.
Onsen is large with an indoor and outdoor pool (though not much of a view).
There's also a family entertainment centre at level 3, next to the onsen.
There is also a public multistorey carpark next to the hotel, which the hotel is affiliated to. You just need to take the carpark coupon and exchange it at the hotel reception each time you go out.
