The location was nice, there was a metro station right outside the door. (The metro that goes directly to the Shin-Osaka station is about a block away.) The property was clean and in good condition. This is considered a 'business hotel' so the rooms are on the small side, but I knew that when I booked and was fine with it. We only used the room to sleep, and spent most of our time sightseeing. The hotel has a Japanese-style bath so that was nice to use, we used that every night when we got back from sightseeing. We got the breakfast there and it was nice, but fewer western-style choices than the other APA I stayed at, but I was happy with the overall choices and I am not too picky (there is a choice of breads, yogurt and cereal and egg, if you are curious about the western choices). The hotel has luggage storage, so you can check out and then still see the city before leaving. I would definitely stay here again.

The staffs are amazing. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. We requested for an early check in as I was not feeling well when we arrived and they granted our request with no extra cost. The hotel is a few meters away from kitahama station.
