The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to stay near American Village. I loved the mango ice cream at the front desk. Room was clean when i arrived and was able to check in early for 1000yen. I did request this also last minuet.

Location was kind of in the cut and dark at night, you will have to really pay attention upon arrival. Loved that they had a parking spot for each room individually.

Convenient to access the upper half of the island and a short drive from some of the more touristy spots in Chatan, Okinawa City, etc. Multiple large supermarkets allow you to take advantage of hotel kitchenettes and save a little money. All necessary conveniences are all within a 15-minute drive. Because of its 'tweener' location hotel rates are quite reasonable.
