The staff were friendly and the room was a great size. I asked for an extra pillow and I they immediately sent one up. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent and was continually replenished throughout the breakfast.

The location for my purpose was excellent - across the walking path to the conference venue, relatively close to supermarket and across the street to a drugstore. My original room was very noisy (HVAC?), but I asked for a change, and the staff very nicely offered another room which was actually the most quiet in my life. There was bath powder available for free at the reception area (which is rare in my experience). Some of the staff was extremely helpful.
