The staff were really nice. I’d had a bad experience a few days before at another hotel nearby. I changed to this hotel and it was excellent. Big, simple and clean. Free breakfast. Polite and professional staff. It was great for the price.

Great hotel directly above Nagoya station. Very spacious and distinguished lobby hall and reception with friendly and helpful staff. Room size and interieur was great, even though we had booked "only" standard double. Very nice view to Nagoya city from the room. Overall a great stay!

You can get to the hotel via an exit (U10) from the underground connection between Nagoya JR station and Nagoya subway station. This is helpful as the weather was extremely warm even at the end of September. However, there’s no lift at that exit so you’ll need to take the stairs. A family mart is located right next to the hotel and the Yanagibashi Central market is nearby.
