El llit era prou còmode, hi havia un espai comú a la planta baixa xulo i còmode, oferien begudes diverses gratuïtes al llarg de la tarda, hi havia un onsen que estava prou bé i l'esmorzar era prou divers -dolç i salat, calent i fred, cafè i begudes diverses, etc.- (i a més, diferent els dos dies que hi vam ser, fet que valorem positivament). S'acabava de servir bastant d'hora, això sí, i potser pel nostre horari hauria estat més còmode si s'hagués allargat un pèl més, tot i que no vam tenir problema. El personal de l'hotel, quan pot, ajuda amb tot el que està al seu abast.
