Excellent location a short walk from Hakodate JR Railway Station. Easy access to the tram network and station nearby. A number of food options nearby or else a short tram ride to more options. Facility was very clean and there were English speaking staff available (at the time).

The facility was in the Goryokaku area but also had transportation options for downtown Hakodate. We had a car so the parking availability at the hotel was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful and the upper floor room had a good view. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
